Digital Downloads

Purchased a digital album, EP, or track from the Tunog Kalye Store? Here's everything you need to know about accessing your downloads.

How Digital Downloads Work

After purchasing a digital product, you'll receive:

1. An access code — A unique alphanumeric code (e.g., TKR-ABC123)
2. An email — With a direct download link and your access code
3. Dashboard access — The download appears in your Downloads page at /fan/dashboard/downloads

Using Your Access Code

If you checked out as a guest (without an account):

1. Go to the download page at /download/TKR-ABC123 (replace with your code)
2. Your download starts automatically
3. You can also enter your code on the checkout success page to download again

Download Limits

Each access code allows up to 3 download attempts. This is to prevent unauthorized sharing while giving you flexibility:

• Download on your computer
• Download on your phone
• Keep one backup download for later

If you've exhausted your downloads, contact the artist or our support team at hello@tunogkalye.net.

Supported File Formats

Artists can upload files in the following formats:

• MP3 — Universal compatibility, good quality (most common)
• WAV — Uncompressed, studio quality (large file size)
• FLAC — Lossless compression, excellent quality
• ZIP — Bundled files (e.g., full album with cover art)

Your download will be in the format the artist uploaded.

Download Availability

Downloads are available for 365 days from the date of purchase. After that, the access code expires. If you need access after expiration, reach out to the artist.

Managing Your Downloads

If you have an account, visit /fan/dashboard/downloads to see:

• All your digital purchases
• Remaining download attempts
• File format and size information
• Purchase date

Troubleshooting

• Download won't start — Check your browser's download settings and pop-up blocker
• File is corrupted — Try downloading again (each attempt counts toward your limit)
• Wrong file format — Contact the artist to request an alternative format
• Access code not working — Ensure you're entering the code exactly as provided (case-sensitive)
