We collect information you provide directly when you use the Hub or interact with Tunog Kalye Radio. This may include:
Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Artist profile information: Band name, real name, genre, city/location, bio, social media links (Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and profile image URL.
Shipping information: Your full name, shipping address (street, city, province, postal code), and phone number when you purchase merch.
Payment information: We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We only receive transaction confirmation and masked payment information necessary to process orders.
Music submission information: Band name, email, city, genre, streaming links, and any optional message you provide when submitting music.
Communication data: Information you provide when contacting us, filling out sponsorship forms, or leaving product reviews.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
Order processing: To complete and fulfill your merch orders, including sending order status and shipping updates.
Artist verification: To verify artist identities and manage artist accounts, store operations, and product listings.
Notifications: To send you order updates, submission status, account activity, and platform notices. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.
Customer support: To respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide service.
Platform operations: To process the 10% platform share from merch sales, which covers server hosting, platform maintenance, bandwidth, and ongoing development costs.
Platform improvement: To analyze usage, improve the Hub, and prevent fraud or abuse.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Section 3
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in these limited cases:
Stripe (payments): We share transaction-related data with Stripe, Inc. to process payments and manage payouts. Stripe is a PCI-compliant processor governed by stripe.com/privacy.
Artists (order fulfillment): When you buy merch, your order details (name, shipping address, and order contents) are shared with the artist so they can ship your order.
Artists (revenue reporting): Aggregate sales and payout data may be used for financial reporting and platform improvement. Individual artist earnings are disclosed in artist dashboard reports.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tunog Kalye Radio, users, or the public.
Section 4
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
Encrypted storage and secure password hashing (bcrypt, 12 salt rounds).
JWT-based session management and role-based access control.
Regular security reviews and infrastructure updates.
No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any breach that affects your data in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights
Regarding your personal information, you have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: Update or correct your data through your account settings or by contacting us.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed order records).

Artist Data
Artists with Hub accounts should know that certain data is public:
Artist profiles: Band name, genre, city, bio, social links, and product listings are visible to all visitors.
Merch listings: Names, descriptions, images, prices, and categories appear publicly in the Store.
Order details: When fans buy your merch, their order information (name, shipping address, and contents) is shared with you for fulfillment.
Revenue data: Artists' merch sales and payout information is accessible through their Artist Dashboard and may be included in aggregate platform reports.
You can control profile visibility and listing settings via your Artist Dashboard.

Third-Party Services
The Hub integrates with external services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
Stripe, Inc. — Payments and artist payouts. Policy: stripe.com/privacy
Vercel, Inc. — Hosting and infrastructure. Policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, and security. Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
We do not control these providers' privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.

Children's Privacy
The Hub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@tunogkalye.net and we will remove it promptly.
Section 10
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or Hub notices.
Your continued use of the Hub after updates means you accept the revised policy.
