Label & Collective Partner Agreement

By registering as a "Label" or "Collective" on the Tunog Kalye Hub, you (the "Partner") warrant that you have the express legal authority and signed contracts to represent the Artists, music, and merchandise listed under your account. You agree to indemnify TKR against any claims arising from unauthorized uploads or representation.

Artist/Label Share: Partner receives 90% of the gross sale price for all merchandise and digital goods sold through the TKR Store.

Platform Share: 10% of every sale is retained by Tunog Kalye for operation costs, including platform maintenance, server hosting, bandwidth, and ongoing development.

Distribution: TKR is responsible only for paying the 90% share to the Partner's linked Stripe Connect account. The Partner is solely responsible for further distributing these funds to their individual Artists based on their own internal contracts.

The Partner is granted a "Master Dashboard" to manage multiple Artist Profiles. It is the Partner's responsibility to keep Artist bios, headshots, and social links updated to maintain the quality of the TKR Artist Library.

The Partner grants TKR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Stream the Partner's music catalog on the TKR Live Stream.

Use Artist names and likenesses for promotional purposes on social media and the TKR Blog.

Feature the Partner's roster in "Label Takeover" radio sessions.

The Partner (or their designated Artist) is responsible for the fulfillment of all physical goods. TKR reserves the right to suspend Label accounts if more than three (3) customer complaints regarding shipping or product quality are received within a 30-day period.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, TKR will remove the Partner's catalog from the store, but previously broadcasted content or social media mentions will remain as historical archives.
