Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all public areas of the Tunog Kalye Hub, including:
- The Community page (https://hub.tunogkalye.net/community).
- Comment sections, posts, and artist-fan discussions.
- Any future forums or chat-style features on the platform.
Our goal is to keep the Kanto a safe, respectful, and creative space for Filipino indie music lovers.
1. Respect & Inclusivity
You must:
• Treat all users, artists, and staff with respect.
• Avoid: — Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination. — Threats, harassment, or targeted bullying.
• Keep debates about music and politics constructive, not personal attacks.
Actions that violate this include:
• Personal insults, doxxing, or threats.
• Posting or encouraging violence or self-harm.
2. No Spam, Misinformation, or Scams
You must not:
• Post spam, phishing links, or malicious content.
• Promote scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading offers.
• Mass-post the same content or repeatedly tag users to annoy them.
3. Copyright & Original Content
You must:
• Only post content you own or have permission to share.
• Not upload or share copyrighted music, videos, or images without authorization.
For example:
• Allowed: Your own original photos, fanart, or short lyrics clips. Quotes or short clips for commentary or review.
• Not Allowed: Full-length albums, pirated content, or full-track video uploads unless you are the rights holder.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
Tunog Kalye reserves the right to:
• Remove posts, comments, or profiles that violate these guidelines.
• Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for repeat or severe violations.
• Close or restrict access to certain community sections if needed.
5. Reporting Violations
If you see a post or user that breaks these rules:
• Use the Report or Flag button (if available).
• Or email support@tunogkalye.net with: — A link to the content. — A brief description of the issue.
We encourage you to:
• Share your love for Filipino indie music.
• Support artists, discover new music, and build a real Kanto-style community — together.
