How to track your orders, understand status updates, and receive shipping notifications.
Order Tracking
Stay on top of every purchase with Tunog Kalye's order tracking system. Here's how to monitor your orders from purchase to delivery.
Finding Your Orders
If you have an account, visit /fan/dashboard/orders to see all your orders in one place. If you checked out as a guest, use the order confirmation email to access your order details.
Order Statuses
Each order goes through these stages:
Pending
Your order has been placed and payment is being processed. This usually takes a few seconds but can take up to 24 hours for some payment methods.Confirmed
Payment has been successfully processed. The artist is now preparing your order.Processing
The artist is preparing your physical items for shipment. Digital products are delivered immediately at this stage.Shipped
Your physical order is on the way! You'll receive:- A tracking number (if available)
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipping carrier information
Delivered
Your order has been delivered. You can confirm delivery from your orders page.Cancelled
The order was cancelled. A refund has been initiated to your original payment method.Shipping Notifications
You'll receive notifications at every stage:
- Email — Status update emails to your registered email
- Push notification — If you've enabled web push notifications
- In-app — Alerts in your notification center at
/fan/dashboard/notifications
Tracking Your Package
When your order is shipped:
- Check your email for a tracking number
- Click the tracking link to see real-time updates
- Track from your orders page at
/fan/dashboard/orders/[order-id]
Supported Carriers
- Philippines: J&T Express, LBC, 2GO, Philippine Post
- International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS
- Canada: Canada Post, Purolator
- Local pickup: Available for select items at Tunog Kalye events
Digital Orders
Digital product orders are delivered instantly:
- Access code appears on the success page and in your email
- Download link valid for 365 days
- 3 download attempts per access code
- Track all downloads at
/fan/dashboard/downloads
Order Issues
Having trouble with an order?
- Order not showing — Check the email associated with your purchase
- Tracking not updating — Allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package
- Wrong item received — Contact the artist or us at hello@tunogkalye.net
- Damaged item — Take photos and contact support for a replacement or refund
