Pricing Display
Prices in the store are displayed in your selected currency. If you change currencies:
- The price updates to reflect the current exchange rate
- The actual charge is processed in the artist's base currency
- Your bank may apply a small foreign exchange fee
Payment Issues
- Card declined — Contact your bank to authorize the transaction, or try a different card
- Wrong currency charged — This may happen if your bank converts the charge; the amount should match the displayed price
- Duplicate charge — Contact us immediately at hello@tunogkalye.net with your order number
- Refund timeline — Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

After every purchase, you receive:
