Pricing Display

Prices in the store are displayed in your selected currency. If you change currencies:

  • The price updates to reflect the current exchange rate
  • The actual charge is processed in the artist's base currency
  • Your bank may apply a small foreign exchange fee

Payment Issues

  • Card declined — Contact your bank to authorize the transaction, or try a different card
  • Wrong currency charged — This may happen if your bank converts the charge; the amount should match the displayed price
  • Duplicate charge — Contact us immediately at hello@tunogkalye.net with your order number
  • Refund timeline — Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Receipts

After every purchase, you receive:

  • An email receipt with order details
  • An in-app receipt at /fan/dashboard/orders
  • A downloadable PDF receipt from the order details page
