Gift Card Terms of Use

Gift Cards can be purchased on the TunogKalye Gift Cards page at hub.tunogkalye.net/gift-cards. Available denominations are $10 CAD, $20 CAD, $50 CAD, and $100 CAD. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

To purchase a Gift Card, you must provide a valid payment method. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Gift Card, or have parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.

When purchasing a Gift Card, you may choose to have it delivered by email directly to the recipient or to yourself. You may also include a personalized message with the Gift Card. TunogKalye is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to incorrect email addresses provided by the purchaser.

Gift Cards can be redeemed at hub.tunogkalye.net/redeem by entering the unique gift card code. Upon successful redemption, the Gift Card balance will be added to your TunogKalye account and can be used toward purchases on the Platform.

Gift Card balances can be applied to digital releases (albums, EPs, singles) and eligible physical items (merchandise, vinyl, CDs, and other products where the gift card icon is displayed at checkout). Not all items on the Platform may be eligible for Gift Card purchases. Eligibility is indicated at checkout.

If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future purchases. There is no limit on the number of Gift Cards you can redeem.

TunogKalye Gift Cards do not expire. There is no time limit on when you must redeem or use your Gift Card balance. Once redeemed, the balance remains in your account until it is used.

TunogKalye does not charge any fees for the purchase, redemption, or maintenance of Gift Cards. No dormancy fees, inactivity fees, or service fees will be deducted from your Gift Card balance at any time.

However, if required by applicable law, we may be obligated to escheat or remit unused Gift Card balances to the appropriate government authority after a specified period of inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking any such action.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash, credit, or a new Gift Card, except as required by applicable law. Once a Gift Card is purchased, the transaction is final.

If a purchase made using a Gift Card balance is refunded in accordance with the seller's refund policy or applicable law, the refund amount will be credited back to your Gift Card balance on your TunogKalye account, not to the original payment method used to purchase the Gift Card.

If you believe a Gift Card was purchased without your authorization, please contact our support team immediately at hello@tunogkalye.net. We will investigate the matter and may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement Gift Card.

You are responsible for keeping your Gift Card code confidential. Treat your Gift Card code like cash. If someone else obtains your code, they may be able to redeem and use the balance without your permission.

TunogKalye is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your authorization. We will not replace or refund lost or stolen Gift Cards, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

If you experience any unauthorized use of your Gift Card, contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee recovery of the balance.

Gift Cards are transferable before redemption. You may give or send an unredeemed Gift Card code to another person. Once a Gift Card has been redeemed and the balance added to a TunogKalye account, the balance is non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.

The sale, resale, or auction of Gift Cards on third-party platforms is not authorized by TunogKalye and is done at your own risk. TunogKalye is not responsible for Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized third parties.

Gift Cards can only be used for purchases on hub.tunogkalye.net. They cannot be used on any other website, service, or platform operated by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. You cannot use a Gift Card balance to buy a new Gift Card for yourself or someone else.

TunogKalye reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Gift Card purchase or redemption that we suspect may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms. We may also require additional verification before processing a redemption.

TunogKalye reserves the right to modify these Gift Card Terms of Use at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of Gift Cards after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should redeem and use your Gift Card balance before the changes take effect, or contact our support team for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to honor existing balances under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
